Welcome to my world!
The many facets of my professional life are contained here and I hope you find them informative and interesting.
I have been an artist all my life – a singer at six; a tap dancer at seven, a musician at eight, an artist at fourteen and an actor at seventeen.
I spent my university years at McMaster University where I performed and created theatre in plays and musicals with the likes of Dave Thomas, Martin Short, Eugene Levy and Simon Johnston. We were raw, silly, creative and passionate.
I became a community theatre creator in Downsview with the Yorkwood Players while I worked for the Federal Government. I acted, directed, composed music, stage managed, administrated and taught.
After two intense summers at the Banff School of Fine Arts I started my professional acting career in 1977 in first a provincial and then a cross-Canada tour of “The Primary English Class” produced by Open Circle Theatre – a two year gig in all.
The rest, as they say, is history.
I hope you enjoy my website.
